New Hair Clips

I fell in love with this pinwheel hair clip the first time I saw it on eighteen25 a few days ago. I had the chance to make one yesterday and Hazel loved it, too. I'm going to make more of them 'cos they're so easy!
And this crocheted Peony is supposed to be a brooch but I made it into a hair clip. I added an old pin as the center as I didn't have a button elegant enough for it. Too bad Hazel wasn't in the mood to model it. It looks really pretty in real life with all the ruffles. I'll be making a few more soon but what I didn't anticipate was how much yarn was used to make just one! For anyone who's interested in making one, its's by sew ritzy~titzy.

The pinwheel hairclip looks cool!
The Peony looks gorgeous...I bet you use a lot of yarn for the ruffles =)

Thanks,Fyd :) For making the peony, I used almost half of the 3-color yarn ball! And I omitted the last round just to save some of the yarn for other projects ;p

I may be exaggerating a little bit... LOL, it was about 1/4 of a ball of yarn, I just made another one today. I will post my newest project when I've done them all.
