INTERCHANGEABLE FLIP-FLOPS

I found this clever tutorial last week and was eager to post it but I didn't have the green light,yet. So yesterday, Ashley the blog owner of Make It and Love It has graciously given me permission to post the tutorial here. The moment I saw this, I knew I was going to make one. She is so creative!
